Completed the renovation and upgrading of the filtration system in the melting and casting workshop (introducing Pyrotec technology from the United States). The long natural gas rod furnace for extrusion was upgraded to a flat-cut electric power-frequency short rod furnace, and the rod loading process of the extruder was upgraded from manual assistance to six-axis robot automatic rod loading — driving the dual improvement of production capacity and product quality through intelligent and green manufacturing.

Three reverse extruders were officially put into production, enabling the mass production of seamless pipes and forming differentiated technical barriers in high-end fields such as precision optics and automotive parts.

Fully forayed into the field of precision industrial profiles, focusing on five core sectors: automotive lightweighting, 3C electronics, sports equipment, aerospace and precision components, and achieving a strategic upgrade of the product structure.

Further expanded the industrial profile market, extending product coverage from photovoltaic frames to diversified fields including 3C electronic structural parts and OA equipment components. The full commissioning of the aluminum profile production lines marked the company’s entry into the stage of large-scale production and sales. Stable product delivery was achieved in the same year, with products covering three major fields: photovoltaics, construction and industry.

Official groundbreaking of Chuangxing Aluminum (Vietnam) took place at Van Trung Industrial Park, Bac Giang Province, Northern Vietnam, kicking off the layout of aluminum profile industry in Vietnam.
